I've spent a lot of time working with kids over the years: creating kid's parties, teaching English as foreign language, running a hotel's creche & kid's club and supervising early morning and afterschool clubs.

 

As a qualified Children Do Yoga teacher, I've taught classes in various settings and of all of my roles working with kids nothing has been more joyful than teaching yoga.

Yoga provides children with a non-competitive, safe space where they are free to express themselves, try new things and find acceptance for themselves and others.
